Born and raised in the north of Portugal, life took me to live and study abroad. I spent 5 years in Paris where I finished my secondary studies in sciences, then I left for Liège, Belgium to study psychology at university, with the aim of doing a master's degree in sexology. However, our projects don't always go as planned and the master's degree I wanted was canceled. Faced with this situation, I changed my direction and studied tourism instead. After finishing my studies, I came back to Portugal, this time to the Lisbon region. I worked in three companies which allowed me to develop various skills, both professional and personal. Overall, these were very positive experiences, especially the last one, but starting in October 2022, my physical health went off the rails, which ended up impacting my mental health. The desire to take care of myself reminded me of my dreams of helping others through therapy and I decided to return to this field. To deepen my knowledge, I did further studies, in hypnotherapy and art therapy and both disciplines ended up making a lot of sense to me. My name is Elza Covas and I created Soul'stice to help everyone who wants to live their life to the fullest instead of being pushed by it.
